My name is Sean and I work as a coffee roaster in Vermont. Flowrate is going to be a space to share the places in coffee that are special to me. I love coffee and the people who surround it so much I seem to never be able to have a conversation where its not a featured topic. It warms up my heart and maybe it could warm yours too.

Featured on this blog will be places I have visited, coffees I have tried, and other highlights in my coffee life. It’s so exciting getting to try something new every day. Even when the coffee isn’t the best thing in the world, its still something special. That’s because it came from a place where the people around it cared to make it. Learning about those places and stories are what make me feel full. I hope that in sharing those experiences other people can experience a new coffee connection that they want to share too.
